Nigel Salazar is the driving force behind Tiny House Homes, where his decades of construction expertise meet a bold humanitarian mission: transforming discarded shipping containers into dignified homes for families in crisis.
With over 20 years as a Master Electrician and licensed Journeyman, Nigel built and operated his own electrical contracting firm, mastering everything from mechanical systems to full-scale remodels. His executive experience includes managing $20M+ commercial projects as an Electrical Project Manager for Power Design, Inc., where he led complex builds with precision and fiscal discipline.
But Nigel’s journey didn’t stop at technical mastery. Inspired by his own RV lifestyle and passion for tiny living, he saw potential in the overlooked retired shipping containers, often destined for scrap. He envisioned a scalable “Kit of Parts” model: homes that could be rapidly deployed, customized, and built by communities themselves.
As a real estate investor, educator, and founder, Nigel has completed over 15 remodels, taught at Southern Technical Institute, and trained countless individuals in the trades. Today, he leads Tiny House Homes with a mission to restore dignity through design, sustainability, and skill-building one recycled container at a time.
Anton Auguste brings a strong blend of craftsmanship, financial discipline, and mission-driven leadership to Tiny House Homes. His technical foundation began early, with formal training in Technical Drawing, Plumbing, and Electrical systems, later advancing to specialized Air Conditioning studies at Trinizuala Technical College—skills that anchor his understanding of construction, safety, and structural excellence.
His leadership abilities were shaped through years of service in the Military Cadet Force, where he rose to lead his battalion, and through his work in the private security sector, overseeing recruitment, operations, and high-demand deployments. These experiences strengthened his capacity to lead under pressure, build effective teams, and manage large-scale organizational systems.
Despite his executive accomplishments, Anton remains committed to hands-on craftsmanship through property rehabilitation and renovation. One of his most meaningful achievements is building his family home alongside his father. As Vice President, Anton ensures that Tiny House Homes’ financial planning and operational systems reflect the same values—precision, sustainability, and community impact.
Gary Alexander is a key leader within Tiny House Homes, combining financial expertise, technological insight, and operational discipline. With dual degrees from Edward Waters University—a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) and an M.S. in Cybersecurity—he brings a rare and valuable blend of strategic financial planning and systems security to the organization.
His early experience in restoration and construction, supported by formal electrical training, built his foundation in hands-on operations, problem-solving, and resilience. These skills continue to inform his approach to quality assurance, risk management, and organizational efficiency within the company.
Gary’s background in leadership spans academics, athletics, and community engagement, including roles as Sophomore Class President and Team Captain in Track & Field and Cross Country. At Tiny House Homes, he ensures that every initiative aligns with the company’s mission, financial stability, and long-term growth strategy.
Brendon Gabriel brings over a decade of leadership experience across healthcare, environmental sustainability, and community development. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science (Exercise Physiology) from the University of North Florida, he combines a deep understanding of wellness systems with a passion for improving quality of life for families and communities.
His early professional experience includes managing biomedical waste operations at Stericycle/Flagler Hospital, where he led compliance, safety training, and process improvements for clinical environments. He later transitioned into environmental wellness as Sales Manager for Culligan Water, helping families and organizations access clean, sustainable water solutions through education, communication, and trust.
Brendon’s commitment to service and community uplift naturally aligns with the mission of Tiny House Homes. As Head of Marketing & Development, he drives growth through strategic storytelling, partnerships, and advocacy—ensuring that every initiative advances stability, dignity, and long-term opportunity for the people the organization serves.
